We are located at 144 Fore Street. Right behind WEX. Look for the mural - you can’t miss it!

Tickets to all events can be found HERE. We will have Box Office hours as well (TBD)
Online ticket sales will end an hour before doors open. If there are still tickets then they will be available to purchase at the door.
Unless noted, all of our shows will be GA standing room only. There will be ADA seating for all shows.
There is ample hourly street parking which is free after 6pm! There are also several parking garages/lots nearby:
- Ocean Gateway Garage - 167 Fore Street
- The Roux Institute Garage - 100 Fore Street
- Thames Street Lot (right in front of the venue)

We will have prepackaged snacks available for purchase at the bar.
Yes - at the Box Office when you first walk into the vestibule. This service is cash only.
Outside of purses/handbags, no other bag will be allowed in the venue. You will have to store either at coat check or in your car.
Cash, Credit (MC, Visa, AMEX), Apple Pay.
Unless noted as “21+”, all shows are all ages.
You will need a valid ID if you are picking up will call tickets at our box office. Also if you are planning to drink alcohol.
Yes, you may leave the venue, but you must stay on the patio area.
This will vary from show to show and will depend entirely on the artist performing on the day of the show. Unless noted by the artist, the camera on your phone will be allowed as well as point and shoot (no removable lens, pocket size) - please, no flash.
There are several hotels nearby, but the three closest are:
- AC Hotel Portland Downtown - 158 Fore St.
- Residence Inn by Marriott Portland Downtown - 145 Fore St.
- Cambria Hotel Old Port - 25 Hancock St.
All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event.
